■ Duties and responsibilities

   A. Test setup

       - Select ATE and testing environment setup(probe card or load board)

       - Do test program setup and debugging

       - Do character test and prepare qualification report for MP

   B. Mass production management

       - Do yield monitoring and issue management to reduce the cost

       - Do cost reduction activities

■ Knowledge, skills, and abilities

    - Knowledge of ATE, test setup process both Final test and wafer sort(EDS)

    - Knowledge of touch controller and digital logic IC

    - Test program setup capability at ATE such as Teradyne Flex, J750 / ADVANTEST v93k, T2K

    - Over 3 years’ experience for soc test(Test house or FABLESS)

    - Optional

           Data converting tool setup capability by using perl/VB/C

           Fluent or working level English or Chinese
